Who am I ? 

I am a Sweden-based strategic advisor, facilitator, and certified executive coach with 25-year global leadership experience. With the United Nations, I have been driving humanitarian operations in some of the  most dangerous and trickiest places on earth. Later on, with private sector partners and in UN boardrooms, I have been steering strategic planning and organisational change at scale. 

When things get tough, I have learned that the decisive factor lies in the quality of our engagement with others. This is an attitude we chose, and a set of tools that we can learn and put into action. The secret: bringing clarity, predictability and even a bit of fun into complex and ambiguous situations.

My mission now is to help leaders and teams - in private and public sectors - achieving outcomes, synchronising their priorities, and embracing complexity, with calm and  confidence.

Impact Stories

Corporate strategic planning and Theory of Change
The largest United Nations agency needed a clear, actionable plan to guide its next four years. We facilitated a participatory strategy elaboration anchored in the Theory of Change framework, ensuring that every activity linked directly to desired long-term outcomes. Leaders and stakeholders co-created a shared vision, defined measurable priorities, and built alignment with member states and across regions.

Result: A robust and clear strategic plan, stronger organisational clarity, and a living framework that continues to guide decision-making and impact measurement.

Change initiatives and risk management

In Southeast Asia, a regional program was tasked with accelerating innovation in risk management while navigating complex cultural and institutional landscapes. With support from the Swedish Government, we partnered with local leaders to design and implement targeted change initiatives. Our role was to build leadership capacity, create platforms for dialogue, and strengthen accountability mechanisms.

Result: The initiatives fostered stronger local ownership, improved cross-sector collaboration, and secured sustainable pathways for more effective risk management and disaster response.

Leadership development

A cohort of mid-career diplomats sought to strengthen their leadership capacity as they prepared for greater international responsibilities. With the support of Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, through a structured coaching journey, we supported them in developing clarity of purpose, cross-cultural influence, and resilience under pressure.

Result: Participants reported greater confidence in their leadership, improved 360° feedback, improved collaboration and enhanced readiness for senior roles in complex settings.

Senior team retreat

Team faced the challenge of sustaining effectiveness under intense pressure and in rapidly evolving global contexts. We designed and facilitated a retreat focused on resilience and adaptive leadership. Through interactive workshop, participants explored strategies to strengthen personal resilience, enhance collective decision-making, and maintain organisational agility in times of uncertainty.

Result: The retreat fostered stronger team cohesion, improved readiness to manage crises, and equipped leaders with practical tools to navigate high-stakes situations with clarity and confidence.
